* All color formulation, design, application and finishing technique is under Yoly'z creative direction, ** Corrective Color: We extensively evaluate each guest's hair for its current condition and previous color. We then customize each formulation and procedure with a primary focus on preserving the integrity of the hair. It often requires multiple formulas in order to achieve a newly desired hair color – creating a consistency from new growth through the previously colored hair. Your stylist will consult with you in order to determine your desired hair color, based on keeping your hair its healthiest and within budget. Please note that for the highest level color corrective needs we may require the Owner (with expert experience) to perform these services. |

COLOR FORMULATION POLICYIt is our policy that we do not distribute color formulations due to the intricacies involved: such as the application technique playing a major role, formula adjustments per visit based on current hair condition, various color lines having inconsistent level conversions and more. We want to protect our guests so that they maintain their healthy hair, and ensure that they will be receiving the same custom treatment each time -that is not guaranteed to translate from one stylist's unique system to another's. The best hair colorists will be able to assess your color goals, and using their preferred techniques and color-line knowledge, design a custom process just for your current needs. We are grateful to have served you and that you keep being “colorful!”BOOKING POLICYWe realize that occasionally "real life" intrudes on our initial plans. For this reason, it is our policy to dismiss the first time a guest cancels an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. In order to maintain adequate rebooking time and to respect the stylist's schedules, the second time a guest cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, he or she will be subject to a 50% charge of the services booked to the credit card on file.
